Cyrstal was incredible! When we opted out of the first house after the inspection and negotiations went south, she was fully supportive, despite the fact that her commission was going to then require a lot more work. She pulled out all the stops to promptly get us into a house we liked and could afford within a tight time frame and on a tough market, and she never made us feel guilty or unreasonable.
