This is going to be an unusual testimonial…. We were at rock bottom financially…. a business venture had gone completely sideways (admittedly the result of some VERY bad business decisions on our part, coupled with hugely bad timing), our credit was completely destroyed, we had numerous judgements against us because of this, and we had to sell our family home in Alberta to help satisfy our debt. We were left with a small amount of cash, decimated credit….and few options….including nowhere to live! Ray Nordin, a complete stranger to us, was the SINGLE SOLITARY realtor, out of all the realtors we called from all over western Canada, who was able to come up with a way to help us. Bev did an amazing job of finding our first home! She explained the process thoroughly, she met all of our expectations, negotiated effectively, represented me and my partner's best interests, provided reasonable advice and answered all of our questions within a short time frame. She has been a valuable aspect in our home buying process and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor to represent us. Another thing I respected Bev's judgement and opinion on was the Neighbourhood. She is involved within the community and has an outstanding amount of knowledge to all neighborhoods and as a first time home buyer and recently re-located to Lloyd, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Her extensive knowledge on homes, quality features of a home, and advice has helped us tremendously. Christi was very professional and a joy to work with, she went through our home with us and gave us some very helpful tips on what could be done to make the house more attractive to a buyer. Christi helped us understand the negotiation process and did a wonderful job of representing our home to the buyer, she seemed to know what buyers are looking for. We would give Christi the highest rating possible for competency, knowledge and communication, we would use Christi again, five star rating for sure.
