My husband and I can honestly say that selling our acreage has been a nightmare...until we found Jamie!! We tried a few times over the last 4 years to list and sell our place with other real estate companies, with no luck! We were even told by some realtors that we would never get our asking price, and that we should rent the property out to try and make money. That turned into a whole other nightmare on its own! Then we contacted Jamie, she went out and looked at our property and didn't waste any time! She started taking pictures and measurements ASAP! She gathered all the information needed and listed our place right away. We had showings booked within a week, and ended up selling the property within about a months time! We had so many questions about what to do at every step of the selling process, and Jamie was there to answer and help us, day or night! She made sure that we understood all aspects of the process. We always felt that Jamie had our best interest in mind, she was always going the extra mile for us! I honestly wish we had found her 4 years ago, I feel like she would have saved, both my husband and I many sleepless night and countless gray hairs!

I listed my land with Jamie to sell, after meeting her at Ag Expo. The booth that the Real Estate Centre had there was flashy and caught my eye, and up walked Jamie. I had no intentions of listing at that time, but ended up listing with her a few days later, and I am glad that I did ! She was Professional, Optimistic, and Courteous- kept me up -to-date on the process, always upbeat, knowledgeable. All of this combined made the whole process a satisfying experience with positive results ! I would recommend Jamie to anyone that is serious about buying or selling Real Estate in the future!
