We looked at several houses with Cyrstal. We came from out of town with limited time to spend. She very efficiently gave us a tour of six houses with repeats of our favourites. We had a done deal in a couple of days. Follow up visits and advice helped make our transition to Brooks a smooth one. Overall we were very happy with our dealings with Cyrstal.

Selling our house with Cyrstal was, at the risk of sounding corny, MAGICAL. She was professional, timely, & responsive. She treats all her clients as if they are priority. Cyrstal Hancock was an amazing realtor from start to finish. She walked us through the entire process and was with us every step of the way. Selling a home can be a very stressful time, especially in the middle of a pandemic, but Cyrstal made it easy and effortless and was always available when we needed her….and we needed her a lot!
