If you are looking to buy or sell I recommend Cyrstal ‘hands-down!’ I have sold and bought houses in Brooks (ranging from $38,000-$350,000) with other realtors (kept searching for a good one) but now I would choose no one else. She does not sugar coat to take your business, she takes the most amazing pictures of your home to showcase your home the way it should be. Sometimes when you sell you wonder how viewings go, Cyrstal went far beyond my experience with realtors to get that feedback. A fantastic realtor! This was our first experience buying a house and Cyrstal made it easy and fun! SHe was super efficient, always easy to get a hold of, and still helps us out with stuff from time to time. We would definitely go back to her and we recommend her to everyone!

Cyrstal was AMAZING to work with. She was always super speedy to reply to my messages (even when they were at weird times of the day due to my work schedule!) She also had no problem setting up viewings for all the dumpy fixer uppers I loved so dearly! She would dream and conceptualize all my big ideas with me while we were checking places out. And she made all the boring paperwork part pf the process a breeze. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her services again when its time for us to get another home!
