Sean Prummel

Born and raised in Taber, Sean now resides in Lethbridge  with his wife Alison. 
After finishing high school in Lethbridge, Sean attended the Lethbridge College where he completed his diploma in Business Accounting. He then went on to earn his degree in Business Management at the University of Lethbridge.

Born and raised in Taber, Sean now resides in Lethbridge  with his wife Alison. 
After finishing high school in Lethbridge, Sean attended the Lethbridge College where he completed his diploma in Business Accounting. He then went on to earn his degree in Business Management at the University of Lethbridge. 
Sean’s first experience with real estate was as a sales associate for Ethos Realty in Winnipeg, Manitoba. During this period, Sean also bought an older home, which he renovated and then sold.
After moving back to Alberta, Sean worked as a Business Analyst for 10 years with a non-for-profit company where he gained extensive knowledge and experience in the financial industry. This position included completing and executing small business loans and all legal documentation, business training, personal financial advice, working with youth programs, and teaching financial literacy classes at a junior high, high school and college level. 
Recently Sean has been self-employed and spending his time demoing and renovating multiple properties while also working at the family business (Interior Design Trends) in Taber. Over the years Sean has renovated five properties, where two of the properties were completely gutted and rebuilt. Fixing up and re-designing older properties has always been a passion of Sean’s. 
Finally, Sean has also been a property manager/landlord for over 12 years now. He manages a family owned 8 plex apartment building in Lethbridge and several other residential properties. He takes a lot of pride in the solid relationships he has created with his renters over the years.
Sean owes his many accomplishments to being honest, hardworking, and putting the needs of others ahead of his own, making him a great asset to the Real Estate Centre.
