Hi: My name is Blaine Gross. I have been a Farm Realtor for the past 17 years. I farmed in the Grassy Lake area for 28 years, on a mixed farm with irrigation and dryland. I have a Certificate in Business from the Lethbridge College as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Psychology, from the University of Lethbridge. I am married to Connie;a retired Lethbridge College instructor and we have a son Mack, who is married to Courtney. Mack and Courtney are graduates from the University of Lethbridge Agriculture program and work in the Agricultural Industry in Southern Alberta. I have been awarded several awards in Real Estate which is gratifying, but the biggest award is helping clients being able to purchase their dream property or sell their property and move onto a different stage in life. Blaine is in our opinion a very successful real estae agent. Once we listed our land with him we were able to sell part of it right away. Blaine went around to the neighbors - advertised - and always kept us in the loop. We now have fellow famers who because of no family member to take over the farming are listing their land with him as well.

Blaine listed the property - within one day had one quarter sold when he came out to the farm. Contacted neighbours - had another section sold we had in Alberta. Is working very hard on getting the rest of it sold. We highly recommend Blaine and totaly respect him as our real estate agent and consider him to be a friend.

This was our first experience purchasing a home. We can't imagine anyone having a better experience.
