Neesha began her journey on the opposite side of the country -In St. John’s, Newfoundland. In 2007 At the age of 16, with no family beside her – she travelled out west to Marwayne, Alberta and completed her high school diploma all while working at the town’s local post office. Post high school graduation found Neesha down south near Provost, Alberta where she began an almost decade long career in the Agriculture Service Department at a local john deere dealership where she learned the in’ s and outs of the Agricultural Industry

Having a life-long interest in law – Neesha travelled back to Lloydminster, Alberta where she completed a two-year legal program and graduated as a Paralegal with Distinction. A few years after graduation Neesha met her future husband, Royce, and they built a life and a home together in 2019 right here in Vermilion.

Fast forward two years later, Royce and Neesha welcomed their first child in the Spring of 2021. Feeling the weight of this dramatic shift in life that a new family brings and a need for change – Neesha began to explore a career in real estate- a career route she put on the backburner while chasing a career in law.

Neesha completed her real estate training and became licensed in the summer of 2022 shortly after her son’s first birthday. Flash forward 3 years later – Neesha successfully completed the four sectors of her real estate license - she is licensed in Residential, Commercial, Agri-business (Farms) and Property Management. 3 months after obtaining the last sector of her license – and shortly after their second child’s first birthday, Neesha successfully completed the Real Estate Broker Program and is now a fully licensed Associate Real Estate Broker for the province of Alberta.

Having successfully sold and listed properties in Marwayne, Vermilion, Mannville, Innisfree, Islay, Minburn and now having received her brokers license- Neesha is ready to take over the real estate industry with her young and fresh but strategic approach to buying and selling real estate in today’s changing market.
